Is anyone able to tell me how to get to Live Chat through the support centre? I've tried to find it but everytime I try the only thing I am able to use is the email support. I want to get in contact with SE to see if they can merge my 2 service accounts because one is CE and the other is the EA one with my characters on it. Alternately if anyone has the support phone numbers + the prefix to call from Australia. Thanks in advance for your help!

This is the only way I can get to it, through FFXI. However, don't expect too much. After 6 hours of wait today and twice canceling on me, I'm still where I started.
Yeah the option for Live Chat isnt there only Email support.
