30 days trial issue

Okay. So i preordered at the Square Enix official website before the Early Access was available. I had no Alpha nor a Beta Account so far, freshly registered. I got the Preorder code for the game and was able to play t he Early Access stage of the game (more or less because of the server issues bla bla).

Now Square Enix sent me the 20 digit Code for the full game registration. The problem is, I can't seem to put it anywhere. The game doesn't ask me after the trial period to type it in nor does the mogry station. All it says is that i have 11 days of playtime left.

My question is, where do i put the code and how do i get my 30 free days included in my preorder ?

Not knowing what your german error message reads i dont knwo what to say, aside from clicking "add PC/PS3 Service" is the correct place to add the code

you need to register through the PlayStation network for the PS3 edition

as Yuufa angel said abbove, depends on what your using PS3 or PC PS3 codes are on the PS network, PC is under "account services" and "add windows service". That's my understanding. SE makes everything bloody hard.

Sorry for it being in german, it basically says: if i want to add a Playstation 3 Account Service that i have to do that via the Playstation Network. I use the Windows version and have nowhere to put it because the webiste doesn't even let me chose between Pc or PS3 version.

Edit: It reads that i already have a registered Windows Service Account with 11 remaining days to play but i have never put in any code whatsoever nor can i put the code in to get the 30 days.
