My Chocobo is lost.

Time: About 2 days ago, unsure of exact time. It is ongoing.
Frequency: Ongoing.
World name: Leviathan
Character name: Key Board
NPC name: Kiwi, my poor dead chocobo
Class/Level: Bard, 47... was mid 30s when this happened
Party or solo: Solo
Steps:
1. I had my chocobo die while trying to do a high level hunt. I died also.
2. Once I had rez'd, my chocobo was still dead and refused to auto leave part. I kicked Kiwi manually.
3. After this, Kiwi the Chocobo could no longer be summoned.
4. I cry myself to sleep.
5. PLEASE HALP

I did the same thing and can't summon my poor chocobo again. If someone could help?
