Surplus in-game typo

Hehe. I think they should remove the 'surplus' too. "You have earned reduced polearm skill points due to fatigue." would be enough.

I think they should remove the surplus/fatigue system, this instant.

They said they were going to remove it already.

fatique system was such a fail.

I thought it was odd that they edited this message when they are already planning to remove it as late as patch 1.18. I'm sure it didn't take much effort to make this change, but still... rather odd.

hopefullly lvling wiill be easier after fatigue system is gone

I love how they made a bad translation, even worse, all in the name of trying to avoid the word using "penalty."
