Party Teleport
My LS and I found a bug in the teleport system in which if a previous teleport offer is made, a new one teleports you to the previous one's location.
Lemme give an example:
Someone in the party teleports to Ul'dah. The rest of the party declines the offer.
Someone else in the party teleports to Limsa. If you accept this teleport, sometimes you'll end up in Ul'dah.
So, a new teleport offer doesn't override the old one.

Greetings again, SirEdeonX!
Thank you for your patience with the wait for a response to your report. Unfortunately, after thoroughly inspecting your concern with teleporting with a party by using the information that you had provided, the development team was unable to replicate the trouble that you had, so they were unable to determine whether or not this matter is an issue with the game. If you continue to experience these difficulties, I highly recommend submitting another detailed report to inform us of your latest experiences, and we will make sure to bring the information to the attention of the development team. Thanks again for your patience!
