Will there be free sever transfers at the end of all this?

Subject says it all!!!

Currently they are only paid to be coming in a few weeks. No one knows if they will have free ones after all this trouble.

I haven't seen anything explicitly said about this, but to me at least it seems like a necessity to allow characters to migrate from the overpopulated servers to the new ones that will be coming up.

I would support free server transfers. But knowing SE, they'd make it another challenge just to do it right.
