Question to square enix regarding 1.0 characters and free time(hope they read)

I'm a 1.0 non legacy player That supported your game(like many of us 1.0 players) when people bashed it.
I only subscribed for 2 months after the free period expired. Because you announced a new version. So i never got legacy BUT i BOUGHT your game, it wasn't free.

What i ask , is that many of the info you give, pretty much is for new subscribers, but almost never mentioned 1.0 players.

So i have this question

Since 1.0 players non legacy 15 day trial started on the 27 , and because we have NO Early access, And we are not Enjoying the EA extended period.
Seeing that Even We get the dreaded message "THIS WOLD IS FULL"

Are you extending our 15 days? Because we also have the problem of not being able to play this game.
