Been having a problem with this quest. I spoke to Minfilia, and she said to speak to Haribehrt in Al Mingho (Western Thanalan). But he doesn't seem to be here. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Does your quest marker show on the map? If yes then you've missed him.
The quest marker actually doesn't show up on the map anywhere, and I have done everything possible up to this point, that's why I'm so confused.
Hi i dont know if youve figured it out yet but he is in the waking sands. i had the same problem hope it helped
