Appoinment

I would like to make an appointment to play this weekend, I've come tired from work trying to login I can't because "the server is full" and I don't even get into a queue, I figured asking for an appointment could work, my server is Exodus. Just wondering am I getting this days back as subscription days ? because sincerely I'm starting to regret buying a game that I can't play.

don't worry about the queue, i've been trying to get in since 2pm EST today, and I've gotten in queue 3 times, all of which still gave me server full on one of the refreshes forcing me to click 'ok' and go back to try to get back into the broken queue again.
