World Transfer limbo due to new character restrictions

I'm posting for a friend because they currently have their 1.0 character stuck in limbo because they submitted a World Transfer request back before Beta Phase 3. Because they were unable to play during Beta Phase 4 their character doesn't show up in the Character List for the transferred server, and thus they are unable to retrieve their character since the affected server (Excalibur) is greyed out for her. Thank you for your assistance in the matter.
