just happen and went back to normal?

It happened to me but it's not as bad as it was. If you were in an instance I think you have to wait for the timer to run out. It should boot you back to your world then You can log back in. Took me about 15 mins.

Zoning then Stop responding. force to shut down client. and still can't get in but am wait a hour.
