I encountered a bug during a run through Toto-Rak Where-by my party split up, myself and one other party member got stuck behind an un-targetable web wall. Unable to progress through the dungeon, I subsequently quit the duty.
Upon attempting to re-enlist in the the duty, I was greeted with the 15minute Cool-down timer. O.K. Fine, I'll wait.
It took Over 55 minutes for this "15 minute" cool-down to expire.
