Hud Layout reset at lof out

When i log in i like to set HUD layout a certain way. However, when i log out and log back in it is set to it's default. I have been saving it but it still does it. Is there something I'm not doing right? I am on a PS3 console. Could really use a solution to this.

I have also been having this issue and am hoping someone has found a fix, or solution, or atleast just what the heck is causing it.
