Need Player help.

Hello, I just bought a FFXIV Time Card from an Online Vendor and have my code. I went to the Mogstation to register it but didn't see an option there.

I checked Squarenix online support and was given this information

However Renew Subscriptions option was not there. Or anything about Time Cards,


Anyone who has used a Time card can you explain to me what i'm doing wrong?

This might not apply to you.

To the best of my knowledge (I spent a good deal of time looking into game cards and never got/found a clear answer) the game cards are only available for EU region. If your account is registered as NA you cant use a game card.

Maybe the option is disabled since we are all still in free trial?
