Requesting Seasonal Event Info for New Players

I read in the devel section that there will be a Moonfaire event coming up with some nice special outfits available. Can someone explain or describe when the events are, who gets to participate, is there a level limit and so forth? i assume they will be across all world servers?

thanks for any info sounds like a lot of fun. Especially the yukatas tho i think they may be at some future event. this time it is swimsuits?

What is the lightening FATE? always happy to learn new things..tho it is hard at times to overcome being shy about not knowing. But if we don't ask we may miss on some fun things :) Looking forward to learning more.

The Lightning event is a crossover event where some of the cast from FFXIII-2 will make an appearance in our game, its purely a commercial thing but there are outfits to be won.

thanks but that thread has so much bickering that I will wait for someone to sumamrize when and where, it looked like it may be a event next Feburary? not sure ....if anyone has the actual facts that would be great thanks. Just want to enjoy and have fun. :)
