Live Chat Support bug

There seems to be a bug with Live Chat Support, as I have waited in the Queue at least 4 times now to get no agents available. There seems to be a bug and I would like customer support to contact me.

On my 7th 2 hour wait (which I'm sure will get canceled when I reach position 1 as well)

Probably been on hold through the phone for about 5 hours total as well.
