two problems 1 CE code saying invalid second says I have two characters

first problem got digital CE from gamestop did all the steps got the code from the app tried plugging it into my account got invalid

already sent an email support but does anyone know what Square enix support phone is.

I'm trying to just do the entry payment but it says I have two characters 1 that was on japanese gunir(legacy) when I'm in the game looking at server list only shows up my 1 NA character.

also would like to know what to do for that seeing I just want to play only 1 character and save some money.

they took my money and ran!!! I got the Col ed 50 bucks and they gave me the reg version
