What are new players coming in a month supposed to do? The queue times will be insane and they will be in queue for hours on end.

Wait until the new servers and optimizations early next week.

Also, with so many people trying out archanist, of course this is going to happen. It will level out over time. Patience is a good virtue to learn.

Party with others trying to do the same dungeon via the traditional method?

Well, several things.

The ability to level more than one class on a character encourages people to revisit those dungeons the second, third, fourth, time around since there will not be enough quests to level on.

Yoshi-P has said that for now it must be a party of four players but once people move on and become more endgame focused, he will relax the entry requirements allowing you and a friend to do a dungeon with a Chocobo Companion each or even solo them.

Also this game caters to people who are newer to the genre so not every player will get all level 50's within a month.

I do see your point but it has and will continue to be addressed.

You didn't play FFXI did you.

The best thing they can do for that is cross-server, which is obviously already done. I'd suggest joining under all languages it can help with the queue time. Most PUG's don't talk much anyways :)

Have Arcanist queue as a healer already.
