SquareEnix Help! Ffxiv code registration

So we bought the preorder for both pc and ps3. We received an email with two codes thinking one for each platform to redeem early access. However we were mistaken and they were both for the pc but we used them for ps3 and pc early access.. Now why didn't it include an early access code for ps3? And now we cannot register the pc account for full game access due to this error. A report has been filed with technical support but I'm hoping posting this thread can answer any questions or speed up the process. Thanks all for your responses.
