Unable to sell certain gear...

I have gear that I no longer need that is not bound nor is it untradable/unsellable but am unable to put it up for sale on the market... what's up?

I think it needs to be at 100% condition

I thought once you use it......it's no longer sellable?

Once you receive XP while wearing something, it is bound to you.

I have some gear that is 100% bound, but I cannot convert to materia or sell to a vendor. Anyone know what that is about?
