Allagan Tomestone Of Philosophy?

How do you get Allagan Tomestone Of Philosophy besides cracked materia?

The level 50 dungeons drop them.

Lower level dungeons drop as well. The bosses in Stone Vigil drop a few each.

I'm wondering whats the most efficient way to farm them.

The Garlean dungeons only gave 100 for a full run.

Actually this thread was short to begin with. Been watching the forums like a hawk for the last 30 min (so desperate for more indepth relic quest info)
