PS3 (PC Maybe) Pet Command Hot Crossbar Editing

So this will be my first post here, but I've been play as an Arcanist for awhile, and the one thing that REALLY has been annoying me is that I can't edit the sub hot crossbar for my pet. This wouldn't be such a bad thing, but the Dismissing command is programmed to the Circle Button... Needless to say, there's been many a times when I've sent Carbuncle away when I've been trying to cast Ruin, or called him to heel when I was meaning to cast Bio. I feel that the layout should be Reversed so that the Sic command would be circle and the perhaps the Defend command the X button. Anyone else facing this problem?
