My girlfriend and I are stuck on Gungnir because we are using our 1.0 characters. And we missed the beta (didn't keep up with the news with realm reborn). Also we would have never guessed that the beta would be the only opportunity to get a free world transfer.
Could we get a free world transfer to a NA server?
From memory the initial transfer window for 1.0 people was middle of July so now that's passed, you can't get a transfer sorry.
World Transfers are supposed to be opening up again in September (for everyone), but although it hasn't been confirmed, I personally think it'll be a small cost to do so (like it was with FFXI - the only time transfers were free was when a world was under/overpopulated and SE deemed transfers for those worlds free).
Though there must be others out there who are in similar predicaments.
I was hoping to spread some awareness for Square Enix to address.
