The level 5 weaver quest, "Once More unto the Breeches" quest requires that you make 3 pair of hempen breeches. There is no recipe for them in the crafting list, only Hempen breeches of crafting which does not satisfy the quest requirements.

I had the same issue. The answer: you can scroll DOOOOOWN. THere are so many items in the 1-5 questlog, so you have to scroll down to see them all.
