Party Member in dungeon non-existent

I was running Toto Rak last night through the Duty Finder using PS3.

I'm a CNJ, and the THM on the team was apparently with the team the entire time but I was unable to see or target them. early in the dungeon I was able to see a fire animation shooting from the entrance a massive distance behind us and throughout the dungeon(I'm assuming when they cast fire) but as a streak of fire rather than the normal burst. It seemed for whatever reason they were considered to be still at the entrance the whole time.

I could see when they opened treasure chests throughout the dungeon(looked like it opened itself) and they took damage from enemies like everyone else. I was still able to heal them with Medica but they were still untargetable in the player window.

Same here on playstation as a whitemage in haukken.
A relog fixed it but it would be nice to be fixed ;-)

Also happened to me on ps3 as a conjurer in tam tara and copperbell mines.

The tank was locked but continued to fight and well as the animations kept moving leaving them to decide whether to stay with him or go with the group lol.
