Grand Company bug

I was belong to the grand company in maelstorm back in V1.0. After this official launch, I did some main scenario quest and I chose Immortal flame as my grand company this time.
The problem is I CANT MOUNT my chocobo, and I start look into the problem, and under journal, the "My littlr chocobo" quest was under Maelstorm by somehow. and moreover, when i go to the flame commander in Ul'Dah, he doesn't allow me to get quest from him, and the reason is I'm not immortal flame grand company. But in my profile, it shows I am Immortal flame, now i'm stuck.
Therefore , I can't do grand company quest , and i can't ride the chocobo.

can you fix that for me ?
