I would say about 60% of the mounts and bad guys have messed up polygons (think thats what they are).
An example of this is:
Im walking along and all of a suddon someone riding a chocobo runs by me. The right shoulder of the chocobo is also SPEARING me in the face! As in it is not a nice rounded shoulder, it is a free roaming pixel that looks like it is trying to come out of my screen. :)

This usually happens when a graphics card overheats. Are you having any overheating problems?
This has been happening since day one of playing the game, and happens in no other game i play. I am also not having any heat issues with my card. The card is a GTX 660TI
Are your drivers up to date?
Yea, checked last night. Version 320.49 for windows 8 i believe.
I have also gone through every possible graphics setting in game and changed them each to see if anything fixes this. None do.
