Script error at launcher

I've been trying to play FF XIV ARR for hours but every time I open the launcher a script error appears. I already googled the problem and how to resolve it. I tried doing that EulaAgreement thing by opening FFXIV_BOOT and changing the EulaAgreement from 0 to 1. I also deleted files in appdata/local/temp folders But it's not working. I tried to restart my pc but nothing is happening. This script error just came out of nowhere this morning.

Anyone can help me with this ?
