Weaver bug

Hello all,

I've recently started weaving and I've notice that my Higher quality components don't register randomly. Also, if I make a 10% HQ component an then a 18% component, it won't register under the HQ. is this a bug or does a component only registers under HQ if its a certain quality percentage? Then how come my 18% HQ components sometime do register? Please reply if anyone has noticed this.

Items either are or are not HQ.

The percentage while crafting anything is the chance it will be HQ when finalized, not a portion of higher quality.
