Question regarding CE bonus items and multiple characters.

Hi. I've been having a real rough time with this game's launch. (I know we all have.)

Anyway, I've made a character on a Japanese server accidentally, not realizing all NA servers were full. I was wondering if anyone knew, regarding CE items, if they are only given to your first character or what?

I don't want my bonus items wasted on this character that I will never use.

They are account bound. Any new character automatically receives them.

Now if they compensate me for all the lost time on my trial period, I'll be peachy.
