Game time Cards Update

Well seems like Europe and all other country's are selling game time cards, well from looking at Germany's games stop web site and others to, what about north America though?.... and can some one confirm when they are going to up date, the how to pay method besides besides the 3 given. and are there options for more than 60 days.... because it lists from the site here and other places price and game time but no one is giving a firm answer, and neither is the mogstation thing lol
