Dedicated Graphics Card Is Not Being Recognized

I got a AMD Radeon HD 7730M and an Intel HD Graphics 4000 on my system. When I run the game and go into graphic setting the drop down box that shows what cards are on the system only shows the Intel card. My AMD card comes with software that can force a game to use the AMD card. When I use this setting I obtain a lot of graphical glitches. For example, I am unable to see sprites and most ground effects which makes some boss fights very difficult. When I use the same AMD software to tell the game to only use the Intel card my FPS are fairly low even at minimal graphics. I was hoping there was a way I could get FF14 to realize I got an integrated card without having the graphical glitches.
