How to make macros?

I recently came from playing RIFT, and before that I played WoW. Making macros with multiple skills makes your life so much easier... like for skills with 10 second cooldowns or only used in special cases (sub 20% hp), etc. so that you don't have to have 500 buttons. Properly making a macro requires specific wording and commands though, and every game is different... anyone know how to do it in this game? Or is there a good link that explains all macro commands?

P.S. I'm not interested in chat commands or equipment swaps or anything like that, just macros for combat. Thanks.

Go to your action window and look for the Macro menu. From there you should be able to create one. You can assign a unique icon as well.

Few tips:
- Look for dummy monster to test ur macros
- Always put /echo [message] at the end of your macro so you know if something went wrong in the middle.
