Unable to update launcher [11005][20815][20866]]19900][5]

What happen? : Can't update launcher. With popup window

When? : Updating FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Updater/Launcher version. Downloading ffxiv - 2013.08.27.0000.0001. After the maintenance yesterday.
Additional Info :
-The same problem happen to both of my Windows 8 pc and my friends iMac Windows 7 installed. Both PC are under the same network. it's a docsis cable internet.
-Another of my friend with different broadband internet can update patch successfully.
First Aid : Copy game data from my friend who got updated and playable.
Hope : It got fixed or maybe manual patch for download or I have to copy the data from my friend every minor patch like this.
