I am currently a rank chief flame sergeant with the immortal flames but it won't allow me to go further in my promotion because i haven't completed a trial by the commander...anyone know where this NPC is for me to be assigned a trial? I've heard that this NPC is not in the game as of yet but i wanted to confirm. Thanks, (I play on a non legacy server btw if that means anything)
