my question is i alrdy had ffxiv on pc so i went and bought it on ps3 now i got an extra key am i able to give it away or am i force to register it on my se account?

If you want to play it on PS3 you have to register the PS3 code.
Windows keys only work for PC, and PS3 keys only work for PS3.
