Free Company Crest?

How do I change the crest? I am at a GC, and talking to the OIC personell, but cant figure out how to change the crest.

There is a coat of arms NPC standing near the OIC NPC that you need to talk to.

Dont forget to meet the GC level requirement first.

You also need to be at the correct gc, so if your fc is part of grid, you can't change your crest from Limsa for example.
