What is the solution?

Ok I understand the issue is that the servers are full but I have been looking for the solution to the 1017 issue and just haven't found it. I'm assuming SE has a solution for those of us who cannot get in? Help? I was able to log in at 4:30 this morning and that was the only time. I keep getting 1017 every time I try to log in. So I repeat - what has SE stated we are going to do so we can play the game we paid for (I paid for the game and didn't participate in EA so yes I am actually paying for this)? I saw that a week from now they are going to be adding servers. But what is SE doing so I ca play TODAY? Thanks for helping a noob out :)

Unfortunately, there is no solution to the 1017 issue, until SE actually fixes the problem (the servers). The only thing we can do is keep trying to log in and hope the game decides to let us, the paying customers, play it. Hopefully, when the server capacity is raised, it will solve the issue, but SE is not even sure it will fix it. All we can do is wait, hope, and pray that we are lucky enough to play the game.
In the last two days, I have played a total of 3 hours. Mostly due to 1017, though last night's useless maintenance didn't help. Everyone hoped that would fix, or at least lessen, the 1017 occurrence, but no luck. I myself have been trying to log in to the game for over 30 minutes so far.

ended up making another character in another server just to play!! Though, was able to play for some few hours and had to do real life things, tried to get back in, 1017........

Already more than 8 hours past, giving up this game....

Yeah, this is very annoying. Everyone has now paid for this game, and there are many of us who haven't been able to play since it released. And, all SE says is "sorry, but there is nothing we can do at the moment. hopefully the increased server capacity will fix the problem, but that won't be until next week. Until then, you are just on your own."

I have also noticed that this New Player Help section gets completely ignored by the moderators in terms of replies. I don't think I have even seen one reply here since the forums opened.

Im waiting for enough of NA/EU players to quite to finally reach that sweet spot, where I can log in.

We need more rage quits, not happening fast enough.

That are adding new servers and increasing the data centers next week. It takes time. They can't just wave a magic wand and fix the problem.

Imagine you're at a really popular bands concert. You get up to the door and the building is at capacity. The people that won't let you in can't just magically make the building bigger. They would have to close it off and have a construction crew come in to add an addition on to it.
