Square, in just about all servers we get the error that tells us try again later. What you need to do to fix this issue so that more players who are actively playing get in and get around your servers. Please implement a nice 10 min cut off, where if the character does not move, chat, combat, or doing DoH tasks to force them to log out.
10 minutes is not long enough. One must be allowed to step away from the game and use the facilities or get a beverage without having to logoff. One hour would be sufficient. It is unacceptable to see people in the same spot for hours at a time when others are forced to deal with a full server. Honestly, it must be an oversight and really needs to be corrected.
