[PS3] Copper Ore not received from starting Blacksmith quest given by guildmaster

Steps:
1. I completed the quest before the quest titled "My First Cross-pein Hammer". Don't remember what the name of it was. It was the first Blacksmithing quest given by guildmaster to equip a hammer
2. The quest rewards showed some fire shards, earth shards, and 30 copper ore.
3. When I went to crafting log afterwards after accepting next quest to create a bronze ingot, I noticed it showed I had 0 copper ore. So I checked inventory and everywhere showed 0. I'm not sure if it gave me the fire shards or earth shards as I have no idea how many I had before completing the quest as I had some from other crafting classes.
