Tooltip of items are missing. Help.

I am missing the tooltip of my armory and regular items when I mouse over them.
Spells are working with a full description but items and armor only show the name.

Anyone have any idea or is this a bug?

Edit: Figured it out. Under Char Config, in the UI Settings Tab, Under Help, I had the Display item help unchecked.
