30 DAY free with subscription with purchase

I hope SE add another 30 day free to play since its been a pain in the butt to log in and play the game, been 2 days with no play at all, cause everytime i try to log, i have the same problem a lot of ppl are having, it kick me out from the whole game and i have to log again and do the same process for hrs.......

Unless you accidentally created a second service account because of the poor wording when registering your paid copy. My main character is on account #1 under my SE ID and my CE is under account #2... and my trial ends tomorrow. I don't want to start all over for the third time. This stinks.
