I would like to add a software one-time password but when I go to add it says not registered. I have added all codes, setup subscription and even upgraded to the collectors edition. What else do I need to do to be able to add the one-time password?

One-time password is for use with a hardware token generator which has to be registered to account.

Software One-Time password is for smartphone (iOS/Android) instead of the hardware one-time token. Get the SQEX Token app (iOS/Android) first then follow the steps.
