Anybody figured out how to upgrade to Flame Lieutenant yet? Ive done the hunting log but it said i need the commanders approval but he isnt prompting a quest at all? Any info on if its story related or not?

The same is happening to me right now... it's confusing. I'm going to try to progress the story... maybe that'll get the ball rollin' again....
You have to finish the main story quest first.
