Can't turn in and progress with Guildhests

So I just queued and completed Basic Training: Enemy Parties for the 4th time. I queue fine, get in there, everything is great. It's done. However when I try to talk to the Battlewarden to turn in the mission, the camera tilts like it's about to start a conversation, but then it just goes back like nothing happened.

I can still move around, I can keep right clicking on the little guy, but not a thing happens. Thought maybe it was temp bugged, so ran it again. Fast forward 2 more runs. No change.

Anyone else experience this?

Nevermind. It may be server related. This is happening randomly with all different NPCs now. Other people in the game have just mentioned this a moment ago. It's probably a transient issue.
