Are there lvl 20 and above fisher leves? If so can you give me the location of where they are given, and what conditions i might need to meet to get them.

Nope doesn't help XD i know where level 20 leves are, just there are no fishing leves there as well. well i've only checked in moraby dry docks. Doesn't make sense for there not to be fisher leves there so i'm freaking out thinking there are no more fishing leves.
