Stats/Attribute Allocation?

What screen do you use to distribute Stat points granting from leveling. I haven't been able to find where it shows how many points that I have gained or how to distribute them. I assume that I have earned at least some at this point, I am level 20. To clarify I am not asking what stat to distribute them to, but actually how do I do it.
