It's extremely slow. I've been waiting 8 hours for a group in Brayflox's Longstop.
If no one queues for 30 minutes you should scale it to a solo instance. Can't even progress forward in the game because it's a story quest. Duty story quests are an epic fail.
It could be attributed to the fact that many people still can't log on to progress their character to that level yet. You could try putting together your own group? I'm at work right now otherwise I'd heal for you :(
Stop qeueing as dps then.
are you setting up the duty finder to "join in progress parties"
most of the time 30min+ for me as a DPS
Queue up with a tank or healer friend, this isn't a solo game.
