I pre ordered the CE the 19th this month. I got a code for "early access" and I entered it. Then the items came and all I got was the SE items, not the CE items.
According to the mogstation, I have the SE, but i pre ordered the CE.
What should I do?!

Did you play FF14 1.0? If you have an old account there are issues.
