Any rotation suggestions for lvl 38 Dragoon?

FFXIV works more with priority than rotations, since you'll almost never be able to maintain a perfect rotation in your boss fights. Everyone has their own preferred priority sequence, but in general (for lvl 38) it goes like this:

1) Heavy Thrust buff, 2) Impulse-->Disembowel debuff, 3) Phelbotomize/Fracture (if you want to spend the tp on both), 4) True-->Vorpal-->Full

While doing the above abilities, you also have priority on your off-GCD abilities that you have to weave in between, which is usually:

1) Blood for Blood (if not going to take a big hit), 2) Power Surge --> Life Surge --> Jump, 3) Leg Sweep, 4) Jump

You need to aim to keep all off-GCD abilities on cooldown, while still not missing your abilities each time the GCD is available.

Quick question, is Fracture worth it to take on Dragoon from Mara's cross skills?

Bit of a noob question, but is it not better to just get all of your buffs/debuffs on and then spam Impulse Drive?
I haven`t tested it properly, but when I had a look at the differences in damage between the combo, in comparison to just spamming impulse drive, the numbers ended up looking almost the same. Could someone help me out with this please :D?
